All cycles and accessories are brand new and in commercial packaging.
All warranties are 'return to base' whereby the customer is responsible for the cost back to our base at the address given on our 'conditions of use' page.
Any shortages or damage on delivery should be reported within 24 Hours of delivery.
All bikes are sold as slightly marked as these are bulky items and you may get small rub marks from the boxes in transit.
We try to describe the items as accurately as possible, but due to the manufacturer changing any specifications at short notice we reserve
the right to change and update the product without notice. If this is a size change and the product will no longer fit,
we will change the product to the correct size if required without charge.
All bikes need some assembly of the pedals, seat, handlebars and front wheel, as these are packed for transportation.
The bikes may need some minor adjustment to the brakes and gears but 98% of our bikes dont need any at all.
You as a customer must check all nuts and bolts prior to riding your bike, as they can sometimes work loose in transit.
Any repair work carried out by a third party without authorization from Y Frame Discounts Ltd will invalidate your warranty
and your bike will not be covered by the 1 year return to base warranty.
The pedals and threads are precision made on the crank and are fully tested before they leave the factory.
You must put the pedals on the bike correctly. If you are sitting on the bike, then put the right pedal on the right and left
pedal on the left hand side.
You must put the pedals on by hand until it is impossible to do any more, but you should be able to turn them 3-4 turns
before it gets stiff.
If you do this incorrectly you will damage the threads and we will not cover this under the warranty
If the carton or package is damaged when it is being delivered,
YOU MUST state this when signing for the items that the packaging is damaged otherwise you will not be able to make a claim
against the carrier or us.
Y Frame Discounts Ltd will accept the return of any unused and unpacked item within 7 days of receipt.
The customer is responsible for the safe return of the unused item in the original packaging
Any items returned damaged or used will be charged accordingly .
We offer a chargeable collection service for returns of bikes, which must be paid by the
customer prior to a courier being sent out to collect the bike. (please contact us if you require this service)
This service only operates Monday to Friday. Pick-up times will be between 8am and 6pm.
Non-faulty items returned to us more than 7 days after receipt will have a 25% charge deducted from the sale price
to cover admin, shipping and restocking charges unless prior agreement has been made with us before returning the item.
